CEB acquires the Australian group CEO Forum
ARLINGTON, Va., July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — CEB, (NYSE:CEB), a best practice information and technology company, today announced the acquisition AustraliaCEO Forum Group for $13 million AUD. The company is the leading provider of membership-based peer group information services to senior executives of foreign multinational organizations doing business in Australia. CEO Forum Group services extend CEB’s Board of Directors model, which enables members to apply ideas from top companies to save time and improve business results. The acquisition firmly cements CEB as the unrivaled source of peer-to-peer insights and best practices in the region.
With over 400 organizations on its roster, CEO Forum Group has grown to become the largest information services network for foreign multinational business executives since its founding in 1990. including divisional CEOs, HR directors and finances. The CEO Forum Group achieved a turnover of $8 million AUD for the end of the financial year June 30, 2015.
