‘Building the future with migrants and refugees’ > Diocese of Norwich

“Building the Future with Migrants and Refugees” is Pope Francis’ theme for the 108th World Day for Migrants and Refugees on September 25, 2022.

The forced displacement of people is at its highest level since the Second World War: more than 65 million displaced people worldwide and more than 22 million refugees. Pope Francis reminds us that “the Kingdom of God is to be built with them [migrants] for without them it would not be the kingdom that God wants.
