Bilderberg Group talks about the challenges of NATO and the fragmentation of democratic societies

A secret group of some of the world’s top politicians, bankers and businessmen gathered in Washington, DC, last week for their 68th annual conference. Since its inaugural meeting in May 1954, the Bilderberg Group has been an annual forum for elites from Europe and North America to discuss important issues away from the eyes and ears of the press. They had a lot to talk about this year as they haven’t met since before. covid-19.

According to the group’s website, “Each year, around 130 political leaders and experts from industry, finance, labour, academia and the media are invited to attend the meeting. About two-thirds of the attendees come from Europe and the rest from North America; one-third from politics and government and the rest from other fields. This year’s meeting ran from June 2 to June 5 but was not covered by mainstream media.

According to a press release, topics of discussion included geopolitical realignments, North Atlantic Treaty Organization challenges, China-US technology competition, disruption of the global financial system, energy security and sustainability, post-pandemic health, the fragmentation of democratic societies and Ukraine.

Bilderberg’s chairman was Victor Halberstadt, a Dutch economist who works for the World Economic Forum. Other notable guests included Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, former head of the Central Intelligence Agency David Petraeus, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt and former European Commission President José Barroso.

Meetings are conducted under the Chatham House Rule, which means participants can use the information presented, but they cannot reveal the identity of the speaker. Such secrecy has made the conference a popular target for conspiracy theorists claiming Bilderberg members are secretly working with the Illuminati, Freemasons, or a cabal of shapeshifting lizards founded by ancient Babylonian witch Semiramis.

Back to reality, it is true that the group was co-founded by two controversial personalities who wanted to establish the United States of Europe: Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands and Polish political adviser Józef Retinger.

Bernhard, the former German Prince of Lippe-Biesterfeld, was an SS intelligence officer attached to the Nazi regime’s main industrial backer, IG Farben. The prince resigned from the Nazi Party in 1934 and married Princess Juliana, the future Queen of the Netherlands, before pushing for a European union.

Józef Retinger was thought to be a Vatican agent. According to political commentator Rodney Atkinson, he was expelled from Allied countries during the World War I suspected of having helped the superior general of the Jesuits, Wlodimir Ledóchowski, to plot the creation of a Catholic federation of Central Europe. Retinger founded the European Movement, which led to the creation of the Council of Europe in 1949.

Prince Bernhard and Retinger founded the Bilderberg Group primarily to create transatlantic support for the idea of a United States of Europe. Richard Aldrich, a renowned professor at the University of Warwick, wrote in 1997 that the three most responsible groups in the modern European Union are: the Bilderberg Group, Retinger’s European Movement and the Action Committee for the United States. United of Europe by Jean Monnet. “Bilderberg was founded by Joseph Retinger and Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands in 1952 in response to rising anti-Americanism in Western Europe and was designed to define a sort of Atlantic consensus amid European and American perspectives divergent,” he wrote in Diplomacy and politics. “He brought together prominent European and American figures once a year for an informal discussion of their differences.”

Former Bilderberg President Etienne Davignon boasted that the Bilderberg Group helped create the euro. So while the Bilderbergs may not be the world government of the conspiracy theory tradition, they are an influential group. “[T]his group is not a tight-knit group of conspirators out to destroy nations,” Rodney Atkinson explained in a 2001 interview with Trumpet editor Gerald Flurry and fire Trumpet columnist Ron Fraser. “They are the kind of people selected on the basis that they could say yes to international supranational corporatism, which is the foundation, of course, of the modern European Union….”

While many Bilderbergs have legitimate concerns about the need for a transatlantic alliance to counter the rise of Russia and China, Bible prophecy reveals that America’s relationship with Europe will end in disaster. . Tragically, America is responsible for creating many of the globalist movements that threaten it today.

The US government cooperated with the Catholic Church, European politicians, and even former Nazi Party members to build a European superstate capable of helping it oppose the Soviet Union. Instead of trusting God and striving to obey his law, the peoples of Britain and America have trusted nations that will prove to be enemies. Building the EU and Germany will turn out to be a tragically senseless decision.

The Bible prophesies a corporate empire that will straddle the Atlantic Ocean just before the return of Jesus Christ. This resurrected Holy Roman Empire will be ruled by Germany and the Vatican, and it will cause the “merchants of the earth” to grow rich “out of the abundance of its delights” (Revelation 18:3-13).

America and Britain will be suddenly and violently conquered by this rising superpower.

God allows this to happen because these nations have turned away from Him. But God reveals how individuals can be protected from this unprecedented disaster. The book of Ezekiel, written specifically for this end time, states: “Therefore, O son of man, speak to the house of Israel; Thus you speak, saying: If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we yearn in them, how then shall we live? Say to them: As alive as I live, saith the Lord God, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but let the wicked turn from his way and live: turn away, turn away from your evil ways; for why shall you die, house of Israel? (Ezekiel 33:10-11; request a free copy of Ezekiel—The end-time prophet, by Gerald Flurry). There is only one way for God to protect us. Our people must turn, turn, turn of our evil ways.
